Exacep is derived from a combination of two words. Exa coming from the storage term exabyte meaning large in size and cep coming from the word Computer Emergency Planning. Put together we are simply a large computer emergency planning company that provides the technology to store electronic data securely offsite in the case of a natural disaster, hardware malfunction or human error.
