The Backup Process
Our offsite backup system starts with the installation of the Exacep software. Once the software is installed you'll select which files you want to back up, followed by when (daily, monthly, etc.). When the backup is scheduled to start, your files will be uploaded and stored on our servers using military grade encryption. Once on the server you can rest assured your information is kept secure and confidential.
My computer died! How do I retrieve my backed up files?
In the event you need to retrieve your backed up information, simply download our software to your new computer, log into your account, and simply follow the instructions on screen. Our servers will sync with your PC and download all your backed-up information. It's that easy!
